Click the link provided in your proposal email. (see 1.A)

You will be directed to the proposal in a new window. (see 1.B)

(1.B)

Select the services you want to authorize on the right-hand side of the proposal window. You can select all boxes or just the services you want to authorize. You also have the option to reject the proposal. (see 1.B)

(1.C)

Once you have the services you want authorized checked, click the green
‘Accept Proposal’. (see 1.C)

(1.D)

A box will pop up where you can type your name in the signature line. (see 1.D)

(1.E)

You can check the box at the bottom to have a copy of the authorized proposal sent to your email. (see 1.E)

(1.F)

Click the blue ‘I Accept’ button. (see 1.F)

(1.G)

A box will pop verifying you have accepted the proposal. (see 1.G) You will receive a confirmation email indicating you have authorized the proposal. The office will contact you with a scheduled date.

Log into your bank’s app/website -OR- Zelle mobile app to pay for your services. *If your bank offers Zelle payments you must log into your bank app or website. 

Zelle Transfer Limits

Please note there may be a transfer limit depending on your bank. Banks and credit unions that offer Zelle typically set their own limits on how much money can be sent through the app. These limits can vary by institution and may be set per day, week, month, or transaction. For example, Bank of America limits users to $3,500 per day and $20,000 per month, while Capital One limits users to $2,500 per day. Some banks also offer the option to send money instantly or through a standard payment, which may allow for larger transfers.

Via Bank account:

  1. Check if your bank or credit union offers Zelle.
  2. Navigate to ‘Transfers’ then ‘Send Money with Zelle’
  3. Click ‘Send’
  4. Add business recipent
  5. Enter dara@autumntreell.com in your Zelle or banking app. It may have you enter our business name: ‘Autumn Tree Lawn and Landscape’
  6. A box may pop up saying ‘Verify Information – You’re sending money to the recipient you added as “Autumn Tree Lawn and Landscape” dara@autumntreell.com is enrolled with Zelle as WILLIAM TILLAPAUGH.’
  7. Tap continue
  8. Enter the amount to send
  9. Select your funding account then tap ‘Review’
  10. Include Note: Invoice Number or multiple invoice numbers if paying for multiple services.
  11. Tap Send Money

Via Zelle App:

  1. Navigate to Payments or the More option in the bottom navigation
  2. Select Send money with Zelle
  3. Choose Send or Request
  4. Enter recipient or add a new one;
  5. Enter dara@autumntreell.com in your Zelle or banking app. It may have you enter our busines name: ‘Autumn Tree Lawn and Landscape’
  6. Tap Save
  7. A box may pop up saying ‘Verify Information – You’re sending money to the recipient you added as “Autumn Tree Lawn and Landscape” dara@autumntreell.com is enrolled with Zelle as WILLIAM TILLAPAUGH.’
  8. Tap continue
  9. Enter the amount you want to send
  10. Add a note: Invoice number or multiple invoice numbers if paying for multiple services
  11. Confirm when you want to send it
  12. Select which account to use for the transfer
